Information We Collect

When someone submits a request page, we may collect the information entered into the form, such as name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, service type, timing, job details, and optional photos.

For business clients, we collect setup details such as business name, service area, phone number, notification email, quote page settings, payment status, and support notes needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use request information to route the lead to the intended business, keep a lead archive, troubleshoot delivery, prevent spam, support the customer and business workflow, and improve LeadCatch Local.

LeadCatch Local is not a lead broker. We do not sell consumer request information as a list or resell it to unrelated companies.

Client-Specific And Fallback Pages

When a request page is active for a specific business, the request is intended to route to that business and support that business's job handling.

If an old, inactive, or generic LeadCatch Local fallback page offers to send a request to available local providers, the page will ask for explicit consent before sharing the request and contact information for that purpose.

Service Providers

We use trusted vendors to run the service. These may include hosting, database, form notification, payment, email, and storage providers. Those providers process information only as needed to operate LeadCatch Local.

Payment details are handled by PayPal. LeadCatch Local does not store card numbers or PayPal passwords.

Retention And Choices

We keep lead and client records as long as needed to provide the service, maintain a useful archive, meet business obligations, and resolve support issues. A customer or client can request correction or deletion by emailing us.

If you receive outreach from LeadCatch Local and do not want future emails, reply with "unsubscribe" and we will stop non-transactional outreach to that address.
