Terms And Cancellation
These launch terms explain the founder version of LeadCatch Local: missed-call recovery, a hosted request page, lead routing, organized job records, draft quotes, estimates and invoices, business approval before customer-facing delivery, and customer delivery links for local service businesses.
The Service
LeadCatch Local provides request pages, missed-call reply setup, lead routing, work-order organization, document draft support, and related setup help. The business remains responsible for responding to customers, approving customer-facing messages and prices, performing work, collecting job payments, honoring laws and licenses, and handling customer service.
LeadCatch Local does not guarantee any number of leads, booked jobs, revenue, search ranking, ad performance, or customer outcome.
Founder Subscription
Founder pricing is $99 per month for launch clients unless a different written agreement is made. The subscription is billed through PayPal.
Do not complete checkout unless you are ready to start a paid monthly subscription. Prospects can ask for a sample setup before subscribing, and client-specific pages should be approved before they are used publicly.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by emailing leadcatchlocal@gmail.com or by canceling the PayPal subscription from your PayPal account.
To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel before the next billing date. After cancellation, LeadCatch Local may disable hosted pages, notification routing, and client-specific links after the paid period ends.
Customer Requests
Request pages are not emergency dispatch systems. Customers with urgent safety issues should call the business or emergency services directly as appropriate.
Businesses should not use LeadCatch Local to collect highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, medical details, or passwords.
Client-specific request pages are intended to route requests to that business. If a cancelled or inactive page uses a generic LeadCatch Local fallback, the page must ask for explicit consent before request details are shared with available local providers.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LeadCatch Local for spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful services, harassment, credential collection, or resale of consumer lead data.
